The Account Executive will join an established sales team seeking to expand and manage client relationships. This role will support sales strategies and networking to support client marketing and agency strategies centered on increasing brand awareness. 

In this role, you will manage the client relationship and serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams ensuring projects are assigned properly and delivered in a timely manner. You will participate in prospecting for new business opportunities, renewal strategies/negotiations of existing marketing strategies, and increasing the scope and depth of client relationships. Must enjoy talking to people, solving problems, negotiating terms and managing multiple projects. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal tasks related to assigned accounts to ensure client services are delivered 
  • Be a member of new business pitches and prospecting for new sales opportunities. 
  • Develop relationships with centers of influence and attend functions outside of working hours as needed 
  • Focus on retention of existing accounts by maintaining day-to-day client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Implementation and day-to-day administrative oversight of project hours and budgets 
  • Manage multiple projects with minimal guidance to ensure the quality and timeliness of client deliverables 
  • Communicate complex matters clearly and concisely to clients and participate in client calls and meetings as necessary 
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization by performing other duties as assigned and participating in special projects and corporate events 
  • Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives in support of sales strategies and goals.

  • Project management, time management and organizational skills needed to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Maintain professionalism in fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations, with a focus on clear communication at all times 
  • Computer skills; proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years of client-facing sales & service experience with an emphasis on agency experience. 
  • This position will require travel to customer sites, therefore must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a properly insured vehicle is required.
