Hosted in downtown Reading, PA, this event is a mini version of our larger lifestyle program, with on-site screenings, health coaching, activities for kids, raffles, and much more! This event will be held at Salvation Army, close to urban neighborhoods where minority populations reside. These communities experience significantly higher percentages of health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer, and heart disease due to inadequate access to education and healthcare.
