Our Origins: A Collage of Vision and Culture
In November 2022, Harrisburg, PA-based firms Latino Connection and PPO&S Integrated Marketing Communications merged to form Color & Culture, Inc., combining 40+ years of expertise with a shared vision to reimagine marketing and communications for a multicultural world.
By blending Latino Connection’s focus on relationship-driven community outreach with PPO&S’s strategic marketing legacy, Color & Culture was created to help brands achieve success in a culturally complex landscape. Collectively, we’re challenging traditional marketing paradigms to create work that resonates across cultures, helping brands build a future rooted in innovation and opportunity.
Founded in 2014, Latino Connection is a national leader in health education, promotion, and disease prevention. Specializing in addressing social determinants of health, we partner with corporate, government, and nonprofit entities to improve outcomes for communities facing health disparities.
For over 40 years, PPO&S has been a leading full-service marketing communications firm, known for its award-winning campaigns and research-driven strategies that deliver measurable results for private sector and mission-driven clients.
