Brand Ambassadors

We’re looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of our brands and our clients’ brands. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and marketing by promoting products and services through various channels. You will work closely with our account management and marketing teams to achieve their marketing and contract goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of products and services to customers, tracking customer feedback and representing brands at launches and events.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
  • Educating community members, providers and partners about products and services
  • Building rapport with customers and vendors
  • Representing the company at community events
  • Brainstorming ideas to increase community engagement and participate in training and workshops
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality

Bonus Qualifications

  • Event experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience in working with diverse populations and possess cultural curiosity and a desire to learn and understand more about people whose backgrounds and perspectives are different from their own
  • Flexibility with travel as needed
  • Like to have fun!
