Hosted in partnership with the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs, the Communities Against the Opioid Epidemic Symposium addressed growing concerns surrounding opioid misuse among ethnic, minority, and rural communities. The Symposium brought 100 key executives, professionals, and officials together who discussed solutions to this growing epidemic. Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine joined the Defining Solutions panel and also shared the Governor’s efforts towards combating the epidemic.
